Alexandra Campbell Frick, ASID, holds a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design and a national certification from NCIDQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification). A Pennsylvania native, Alexandra came to Charleston, S.C. in the spring of 2000 and has since been creatively designing spaces throughout the Lowcountry. Alexandra embodies the spirit of her adopted city with a love of beauty, a mission of service to others, and a commitment to preservation. She has taken a special interest in the revitalization of the downtown peninsula and has worked with homeowners, businesses, and local contractors, renovating historic residences and offices, including her own design studio and art gallery. Alexandra established Innovative Interiors, LLC, in April of 2003, after gaining recognition for her construction knowledge and distinctive interior architectural designs. Charleston Home and Design Magazine named her one of "Charleston's Most Influential Designers". Her design company focuses on new construction and renovation projects. Alexandra enjoys the development of positive professional relations with her clients, who come with a wide variety of design needs. Alexandra describes her design style as “highly individualized” and “exclusive to the client, their taste, and their lifestyle”. This is reflected in her diverse portfolio of inimitable projects. As an active professional member of the American Society of Interior Design (ASID), Alexandra has held several positions, including Coastal Association Chair, and she contributes to local designer activities. Her list of community involvement extends beyond interior design events: In 2006, Alexandra was honored with one of the “Forty Under 40” awards for recognition in outstanding leadership in the Charleston business community and her contribution to society in general.
